Configuration Settings

There are 5+ possible configuration setting within TextTwister, which you can easily set using a text editor

speed – The twisting speed determines how often the text will be spun or ‘twisted’. For example if ‘days’ is sets the text will be the same for one day, after which a new ‘key’ is generated which in turn determines how the words are twisted. Possible settings are: Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, Year

opening – For this script to decide what text should be spun the text you want twisted needs to be within opening and closing boundaries. Like this: {sample1|sample2}

closing – For this script to decide what text should be spun the text you want twisted needs to be within opening and closing boundaries. Like this: {sample1|sample2}

auto_tweak – TextTwister has a limited (but growing) auto word twisting ability. If auto_tweak is set to true; TextTwister will attempt to tweak your text after your set twists have been applied.

chance_of_auto_twist – The chance of an individual tweak being made is set using the chance_of_auto_twist setting. Where the higher the number (max 100) the greater chance that TextTwister will chosen over your set text. Therefore we recommend using a setting of approx. 35;

To update a setting open the file called texttwister.php, held within the main texttwister folder, using your favorite text editor such as Notepad for Windows or TextEdit for Mac. These options can be found in the top section of the texttwister.php file where they are clearly documented with

explanation about each option. Find the options listed above and change the text/values to whatever you wish.
